Our Portrait Philosophy

Our portrait philosophy is simple: We believe a portrait is the finest gift you can give your family and friends. Because of this belief, we take every step possible to create a portrait you will treasure.

We are available to meet with you prior to your portrait session to assist with clothing choices, portrait location and other elements that will create a memorable portrait. As part of this meeting we will discuss your final portrait size and location in your home.

Your portrait session will be the only session scheduled for our studio at that time - you will have our undivided attention until everyone is confident that a treasure has been created. We take the time to create the portrait you've always dreamed of displaying in your home.

Our Portrait Artist

Since the creation of Pacific Edge Photography in 1995, Nichelle has prided herself on producing quality portraiture. She has pursued the craft and art of photography through memberships in the Professional Photographers of America and the Professional Photographers of Washington. Nichelle regularly attends seminars and conferences, both nationally and locally, which help keep her on the leading edge of the latest photographic styles. This commitment to her craft is seen in both the quality of her work and in her professional and courteous manner with clients.

In addition to volunteering in our community, Nichelle has served on the Professional Photographers of Washington Board of Directors as Treasurer, Vice-President and President. She has also served as the Western States Conference Chairperson and was recently appointed to serve as a Trustee for the Evergreen School of Professional Photography.

Nichelle holds the Professional Photography of Washington Associate Fellowship of Photography degree. She is currently pursuing national certification through the Professional Photographers of America in addition to her PPA Master's Degree.
